History

The band formed in 1993 and independently released their first album, My Animal, in 1998. They then joined the Sno-Core Tour and recorded their self-titled second album for Wind-up Records. Their song "LoveFuryPassionEnergy" became the theme for WWE Hall of Famer Lita and appeared on the WWF Forceable Entry album in 2002. A third album, The Passage, was self-released in 2005 and re-released in July 2006 after signing with Rock Ridge Music. The band announced a planned new album for March 15, 2011, and later released their fifth studio album, All That Led Us Here, in May 2014, followed by a European tour. For the self-titled album's 20th anniversary, Peterson stated in a Reddit AMA that 12 to 13 tracks had been written for a pending sixth album, whose name was still undecided. The lead single "Injustice Fatigue" arrived in November 2022. Social media posts indicated planned release years of 2023 and 2024, but neither occurred. Two more singles, "Love Wanted (Inquire Within)" and "Mind Elevation," were released in February and May 2025 respectively. A May 2025 live performance at the Whisky A Go Go was cancelled after a vehicle collided with the venue; the band acknowledged the irony regarding their name.
