Characters

Cea and Chuy are a couple of animated hosts of a music video show on LATV, where they watch and critique music videos as they are shown. They attend East City Vocational Junior College and interact with other characters including a professor named Keel Whitay and classmates Jerome, Rosario, and Dhat Ho. Their family names and ages are never mentioned, but they are presumed to be between 18 and 24 years old. The pair broadcast their show live from the station's studio.

Chuy has quit the show on several occasions to pursue other interests, only to return and beg for his job. They have started many debates at school, dividing the class on topics such as the correct use of language and the Iraq war. Chuy's life goal is to become rich by any means necessary, while Cea often talks him out of destructive schemes or cleans up after him. Chuy has a fascination with pirates and sometimes randomly yells "Pirate, argh!".

Music videos

The program includes music videos that receive ruthless and irreverent critique of the artists and music, similar to Beavis and Butt-head. The critiques are often censored by LATV, but Cea and Chuy have been known to speak the truth. They particularly turn up their criticisms on cultural music videos such as Mexican banda or Puerto Rican orchestra. They love music videos featuring women in skimpy attire, and reggaeton prompts heartless comments. They are sometimes seen dancing or skating as the videos play.
