Major characters

Treasure, voiced by Jasmine Fitter, is the fourteen-year-old title character who lives with her mother and grandmother. She is portrayed as a typical rowdy dumb blonde who enjoys hanging out with friends, shopping, fashion, and rebelling against her family, with the show focusing on how her family and friends cope with her behaviour. Mum, voiced by Frances Barber, is Treasure's long-suffering mother who must care for both her troublesome daughter and her grumpy elderly mother; flashbacks reveal that Mum was not much different from Treasure at her age. Grandma, voiced by Rosemary Leach, is a tough-as-nails elderly woman who is fiercely independent and often refuses help, especially from Brian, and regularly plays bridge with her friends. Brian, voiced by Jonathan Kydd, is Mum's boyfriend who visits occasionally; Treasure disapproves of him, and he is often taken aback by the family's behaviour. Rosie, voiced by Tisha Martin, is one of Treasure's two best friends, an African-British girl who is more willing to join Treasure's antics than Delilah. Delilah, voiced by Elly Fairman, is the other best friend, with pink-dyed hair, who usually acts as the voice of reason and goes along with Treasure's schemes begrudgingly. Mrs. Perez, voiced by Julie Legrand, is the family's next-door neighbour of Spanish-British background, who is somewhat uppity and strongly disapproves of Treasure's behaviour; she has a son Treasure's age. Poppy, voiced by Kate O'Sullivan, is Treasure's pet dog that constantly drools on things.
