The Wards
Teenage superheroes attached to the Protectorate.
The Wards are teams of teenage superheroes attached as a youth group to the Protectorate. After her conviction, Taylor is sent from Brockton Bay to Chicago and assigned to the local Wards as the probationary hero Weaver.
Lore & Background
Weaver chafes under her new superiors, who distrust her, and she misses the Undersiders, whom her probation bars her from contacting. Her role in the battle against Behemoth in New Delhi earns her recognition as a genuine superhero and secures her place in the Wards, where she serves out her sentence over the next two years.
