Mathias Fullerton

Mathias Fullerton (born 27 May 2003) is a Danish compound archer. He became European champion in the men's individual compound event at the 2024 European Archery Championships in Essen, Germany, defeating Israel's Shamai Yamrom in the final. Two years earlier, at the 2021 European Championships in Antalya, Turkey, he took silver in the same discipline.
Fullerton has also earned silver medals in mixed team competition at both the 2023 World Archery Championships and the 2023 European Games. At the 2025 World Archery Championships in Gwangju, South Korea, he added another individual silver.
His career began with a cadet men's team silver at the 2019 World Archery Youth Championships in Madrid, alongside Tore Bjarnarson and Christoffer Berg. At the 2021 World Championships in Yankton, USA, he competed in individual, team, and mixed team events, losing the individual bronze medal match to Estonia's Robin Jäätma. At the 2022 World Games in Birmingham, USA, he was eliminated in the second individual match by Roberto Hernández of El Salvador, and Denmark's mixed team fell to Mexico in the first elimination round.
In 2023, Fullerton and Tanja Gellenthien won mixed team silver at the European Games in Poland. At the World Archery Youth Championships in Limerick, Ireland, he, Tore Bjarnarson, and Rasmus Bramsen took gold in the men's team compound, and he also claimed individual bronze. Later that year, with Martin Damsbo and Bjarnarson, he won men's team silver at the World Archery Championships in Berlin.
Fullerton opened 2024 by winning the men's compound event at the Vegas Shoot in Las Vegas. That same month, he, Damsbo, and Bjarnarson won gold in the men's team compound at the European Indoor Archery Championships in Varaždin, Croatia. At the 2024 European Outdoor Championships, he added a men's team bronze with Rasmus Bramsen and Nicklas Bredal Bryld to his individual gold.
