Differences (1990s version)

The original version aired on TVP2 and was hosted by Wojciech Pijanowski and Magda Masny. Pijanowski left in 1995 and was replaced by Paweł Wawrzecki, who was quickly succeeded by Stanisław Mikulski until the show ended on 1 September 1998. During Poland's Złoty hyperinflation, the top amounts were zł5,000,000, zł12,500,000, zł17,500,000, and zł25,000,000 until 1995, when the new Złoty was introduced and all values were divided by 10,000, making the top amounts zł500, zł1,250, zł1,750, and zł2,500.

The show used a four-round structure and a shopping format until sometime in 1994. Contestant podiums were reversed in color: blue, yellow, and red from left to right, with diamond backdrops similar to the American version used until 1997. From 1992 to 1996, the Wheel had 21 wedges with three pegs each; this was reduced to 20 wedges with two pegs each in 1996. Bankrupt was called "Bankrut" and Lose A Turn was called "Stop", though the latter was "Strata Kolejki" until sometime in 1993.

Only one arrow was used, located in front of the yellow player's podium. Vowels cost zł500,000 until the new Złoty debuted, and a contestant needed to choose a consonant that was in the puzzle first to buy a vowel. By 1997, vowels were treated like consonants but did not multiply the spun amount.

Differences (2007-09 version)

The 2007 version had only one Toss-Up puzzle and three rounds before the Bonus Round. The toss-up was worth a dishwasher or a trip to a hotel in Poland; the first player to buzz in and solve correctly won the prize and began Round 1. The puzzle board's border lit up red, yellow, or green to show who had buzzed in. Vowels cost zł200 and had to be purchased before spinning the wheel.

In Rounds 1 and 3, a purple wedge marked "AGD" was on the wheel, representing home appliances worth zł5000. In all three rounds, two green or silver wedges marked "Wycieczka" were also present, representing bonus trips. Round 2 featured a prize wedge labeled "Nagroda" that changed from show to show. A player who landed on a prize wedge, called a correct letter, and immediately solved the puzzle won the prize; otherwise, they needed to spin again or buy a vowel.

Other prize spaces included "Sklep Internetowy" and "Skuter". In Round 2, a one-third size zł10,000 wedge was surrounded by a Bankrupt on each side; landing on it earned spendable cash as normal.

2017 version

When "Koło fortuny" came back to TVP2 in 2017, the hosting duties went to singer Rafał Brzozowski and Izabella Krzan, who was Miss Polonia 2016. To celebrate the revival, Pat Sajak—whose grandfather was born in Poland—made a guest appearance to offer congratulations. A live band called RBand plays on the show, which now airs seven days a week in a daytime slot rather than prime time. Two toss-up puzzles kick off the action: one worth 500 złoty before the first round, and another worth 1,000 złoty before the fifth round.

Vowels still cost 200 złoty. The Speed-Up round happens as the second round, with the host’s spin matching the middle player’s podium. A wedge labeled "NIESPODZIANKA" (Surprise) offers a different prize each time it’s landed on; the host reveals the surprise before the contestant picks a consonant, and if the letter appears, the wedge is removed and replaced with a cash wedge. The classic "NAGRODA" (Prize) space also gets detached.

Starting with the August 31, 2020 season, the wheel added Free Play ("GRAJ DALEJ") and Wild Card ("ZŁOTA KARTA") wedges. Top values are now 1,500 złoty for the first regular round, 2,000 for the second, and 5,000 for the third. The wheel also features 1,000, 2,500, and 3,000 złoty spaces, each flanked by two small Bankrupt wedges. The mystery wedge rules stay the same as the 2007–09 version.
