Rossi-Fremont

Rossi-Fremont is a large, abandoned apartment complex in The Wards district of Chicago in Watch Dogs (2014), listed as one of the game's City Hotspots. It has three buildings, one finished, one missing part of its roof and one only half built, all crumbling and covered in Viceroys gang tags, with a sign at the entrance marked as Viceroys territory.
