Gal Gun, stylized as Gal★Gun, is a 2011 rail shooter game developed by Inti Creates and published by Alchemist. The game is a parody and homage of harem and romance tropes popular during the mid to late Heisei era, set in a fictional Japanese academy where the player controls a male student accidentally shot with multiple Pheromone Arrows by an apprentice cupid angel. Notable for its blend of rail shooter mechanics with dating sim elements, the game was first released on Xbox 360 in Japan on January 27, 2011, and later ported to PlayStation 3 in 2012.

Gal Gun takes place at Sakurazaki Academy, where the protagonist Tenzou Motesugi is accidentally shot with sixteen Pheromone Arrows by the apprentice cupid angel Patako, instead of the intended single arrow. This causes all female students to desperately pursue him, and he must find a girlfriend before sunset to avoid a life of loneliness. The player shoots approaching girls with Pheromone Arrows to subdue them, filling a Heart Gauge to activate Doki Doki Mode, where the player zooms in on a girl's body to fill a gauge and trigger a Doki Doki Bomb that subdues all other girls on screen. The game includes a Story Mode with dating sim elements, where player choices affect the relationship with one of four main heroines and the ending.
