Did You Know?
- The game's story follows the villainous metafictional Dark Gwenpool stealing superpowers from Marvel heroes, while her heroic present-day counterpart Gwen Poole must track her down.
- Players cannot trade cards; after obtaining four copies of a card, extra copies convert to crystals that can be used to craft desired cards directly.
- During a match, the Shop never contains more than one copy of any card at a time, so players must buy at least one to make additional copies appear.
- The top 3 out of 6 players are all considered victorious, with second place getting half the rating of first place.
Game modes
The main game mode is a match between six players randomly paired based on rating, available in casual and competitive formats, the latter affecting seasonal ranking. Other multiplayer modes available only during certain hours include Team-Up, where two players combine decks and six players play as three pairs of two, and Arena, which requires entry tickets and challenges players to create decks from randomly suggested cards. Solo mode offers training matches against AI and short story-based missions that award cards and booster packs. Limited-time special modes have been available as part of exclusive events.
