Plot
The game begins after the events of the film, with a deal between villains. Drug lord Tulio Mendoza is angered after being cheated by Russian businessman Akimov, but the two resolve their dispute and join forces. Meanwhile, TNT agents Ray Jackson and Lee-Ann Reid go to a diner. Jackson waits in the car while Reid enters; the car explodes with Jackson inside, and Reid is captured by the Baby Demons gang. Marcus and Mike are sent by Captain Howard to rescue Reid and eliminate the gang. They succeed, though Marcus has a history with Reid. Later, they investigate an abandoned house used as the Baby Demons' hideout and find leader Bossu Williams, who escapes after a shootout. Akimov's assistant Tatiyana Savin tries to recruit Bossu for Mendoza in exchange for territory; Bossu refuses and is killed by Tatiyana after insulting her. The Baby Demons rob a bank, and Mike and Marcus are sent to stop them. Tatiyana uses the robbery as cover to escape but crashes her car. She flees on foot through Miami alleyways, with Mike and Marcus in pursuit, fighting Baby Demons and then the Russian Mafia. The two split up: Marcus goes through Little M's restaurant, Mike pursues Tatiyana across rooftops. Tatiyana boards a gunship and attacks Mike, but he destroys the helicopter, killing her. The TNT duo regroups and plans their next mission at an art gallery.
