Life Foundation

A secretive organization that conducts symbiote research and weaponization.

The Life Foundation is a secretive organization that appears in the Venom mythos. In the "Venom: Space Knight" storyline, the symbiote is captured by the U.S. military, not the Life Foundation, and subjected to experiments involving radiation and other substances, which give it a white appearance and intangibility—not hydrochloric acid. After escaping, Flash Thompson later bonds with a different symbiote in "Amazing Spider-Man" #654 to become Agent Venom, while "Agent Anti-Venom" is a separate identity involving the Anti-Venom symbiote.
