The United States men's national soccer team (USMNT), designated as USA by FIFA, represents the United States in men's international soccer, governed by the United States Soccer Federation. It has been an affiliate member of FIFA since 1914 and is a founding member of CONCACAF (founded 1961).

The U.S. has qualified for the FIFA World Cup twelve times, finishing third in 1930 (best result by a CONCACAF team) and reaching the quarterfinals in 2002. It defeated England 1–0 in the 1950 World Cup. The team has won 10 CONCACAF continental titles (seven Gold Cups, three Nations League titles) and finished as runners-up in the 2009 FIFA Confederations Cup.
