Crimson Throne Hall

Deep within the Vampire Citadel beneath the Earth, the Crimson Throne Hall serves as the seat of government and judicial authority for the vampire race. Gothic, subterranean architecture carved from ancient stone creates an atmosphere of chilling authority, where the Vampire Elders and High Council preside over trials of traitors and war strategy sessions against the Lycans. The air vibrates with reverence and fear; even high-ranking vampires must bow before the Elders on their raised dais.

Lore & Background

The Crimson Throne Hall was constructed eons ago by the first vampires who retreated underground to escape the sun. Its walls are carved from dark stone and adorned with relics of ancient battles. The hall is designed to intimidate; its vast scale diminishes any individual entering it, reinforcing the supreme authority of the Elders who sit upon the raised platform at the far end. The chamber plays a central role in the enforcement of vampire law, particularly regarding the strict prohibition against crossing into Lycan territory or revealing their existence to humans. It is within these walls that critical decisions about the ongoing war are made, often leading to the exile or execution of those who fail to uphold the ancient codes.

Reader's Guide

The Crimson Throne Hall is a subterranean masterpiece of gothic horror, characterized by soaring arches, cold stone floors, and an oppressive sense of scale that dwarfs even the tallest vampire warriors. Access to this hall is strictly controlled; only those summoned by the Elders or high-ranking council members may enter. The air within is perpetually chilled, a natural defense against the heat of the surface world, and the lighting is provided by torches and bioluminescent fungi, casting long, dancing shadows. Its existence dictates the flow of the vampire-werewolf war, as every major strategic move originates here. The hall's design enforces hierarchy; the Elders are physically elevated above all others, symbolizing their unchallengeable rule over the immortal race.
