C.A.T. (Covert Action Technology) is an artificial intelligence that assists Jerry in distributing gadgets during the third and fourth seasons of Totally Spies!. Voiced by Laura Préjean in the French dub and Stevie Vallance in the English dub, C.A.T. was dropped from the series before the fifth season, having been sent by Jerry to WOOHP's recycling facility.
