The Quinx Squad is a specialized experimental unit within the Commission of Counter Ghoul, formed during the events following the Anteiku incident. Unlike standard investigators who rely solely on weapons and tactics, these operatives are humans surgically implanted with ghoul organs, granting them kagune abilities while retaining their human consciousness. Their role serves as a bridge between species, allowing the CCG to combat ghouls using powers that mimic their enemies.
