Story

Secret Police agent Yutaka Daimon returns to Japan after learning his father was murdered by Dr. Akunomiya, the leader of the criminal organization Sigma. From his father, Yutaka inherits the robot warrior Denjin Zaborger, constructed from the mysterious metal Daimonium, which responds to Yutaka's voice commands. Zaborger can transform into a motorcycle called Machine Zaborger for Yutaka to ride. Dr. Akunomiya's top aide is Miss Borg, a cyborg who in early episodes can transform into a masculine appearing robot warrior. Ruling Sigma alongside them are the seven Sigma Executives, cyborg leaders of worldwide operations who eventually fall to Yutaka and Zaborger. Sigma's field agents include Sigma Mecha Animals, Sigma Cyborgs, Sigma Group Hitmen, Sigma Mecha Borg, Sigma Borg, and Sigma Soldiers. Dr. Akunomiya eventually turns against Miss Borg, replacing her with Lady Borg, though she does not last long. After his forces fail, Dr. Akunomiya assigns the young assassin Gen Akizuki, who rides a bird-shaped motorcycle called Machine Hawk and uses techniques like Thunder Punch and Hurricane Punch, to eliminate Yutaka. These prove a match for Yutaka's Flying Dragon Tri-Stage Kick. After defeating Gen Akizuki in episode 38, Yutaka and Zaborger destroy the last Sigma robot in episode 39, and Yutaka faces Dr. Akunomiya. However, another evil group, the Dinosaur Army, emerges. In episode 40, Yutaka is joined by younger Secret Police agent Ken Matsue, who rides a bazooka-armed motorcycle called Machine Bach. Starting with episode 41, Machine Zaborger and Machine Bach merge to form Strong Zaborger, a more powerful version of Denjin Zaborger.
