Gold Nuggets are durable plastic nugget-shaped pieces roughly 1/2 inch long. Each game tile is 1.75 inches square and 2 millimeters thick. Mine Tunnel and Gold Chamber tiles have various tunnel configurations with zero, one, or two exposed tunnels per side. Cavern tiles show a natural cavern with stalactites. Gold Chamber tiles depict a large room with golden floors and walls. The Mine Entrance tile shows an open space with a ladder and an 'Exit' sign; its reverse side shows an exterior mine entrance with an 'Enter' sign and a ladder leading down.
