Cast and synopsis
Caroline Manzo turned down an offer to appear on season ten as a friend of the housewives, calling the non-full-time role "insulting." The season kept the same main cast from the previous year, with Danielle Staub once again appearing as a friend for her third straight season. An after show launched on YouTube in December 2019, featuring all six main cast members plus Staub, Marty Caffrey, Joe Benigno, and Frank Catania. In January 2020, Staub announced on Watch What Happens Live that she would leave the series for a second time after the season ended. That same month, the reunion special was filmed at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, hosted by Andy Cohen.
