The Remote

Five shows, one eight o'clock slot, and a remote Richard has hidden.

"The Remote" is the first episode of season 2 of The Amazing World of Gumball and the 37th overall. At breakfast the Wattersons each look forward to a show that evening, Cutie Pets for the boys, a game show for Nicole, Daisy the Donkey for Anais, only to discover that everything airs at eight o'clock. The race for the remote collapses when Richard reveals he has already hidden it so he can watch the finale of his soap opera, and the family's fight over it goes to extremes.
