Episodes

A group of men from Kent—Clive, Rob, Dave, Maurice and Daniel—go on a booze cruise to France. Maurice and Rob are neighbours and bitter enemies who reluctantly travel together. They board the car ferry to France, where Maurice and Clive want to stop at a war museum before reaching the main supermarket. While the others shop, Daniel is sent to get petrol but accidentally knocks down a woman cyclist, Juliette, with the car. Daniel accompanies her to the hospital, drives her home once she is bandaged, and they bond over their film knowledge. Daniel stays with Juliette while the other men return home; en route, their trailer of alcohol catches fire, the champagne corks pop, and the trailer is ruined. Back home, Clive's wife Ruth plans a lavish wedding for her daughter Chloe and Daniel. Dave's wife Cath consoles Ruth after learning Clive's business has gone bankrupt, then finds Chloe in bed with the wedding photographer, Dominic. Maurice's wife Grace and Leone reconcile over their garden fence and enjoy each other's company. After lunch and wine, Grace tries to cut down overgrown trees; one falls on and destroys Rob's shed. Maurice returns to find his wife drunk and his trees chopped up, while Rob discovers his shed is gone.
