Teen Titans Go! is an American animated comedy made for Cartoon Network, first airing on April 23, 2013. It draws on the DC Comics superhero team the Teen Titans and on the New Teen Titans shorts from DC Nation. Rather than continuing the earlier Teen Titans series, it works as a standalone comic spin-off with its own look and almost no shared continuity, though it slips in nods for longtime fans. The original lead voice actors came back for their roles. The show centres on what the Titans get up to when they are simply hanging around their tower.

Background

DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Animation produce the series, with animation handled in Canada by Copernicus Studios and Bardel Entertainment. The first eight episodes were made as paired 22-minute blocks holding two 11-minute stories, but from Ghostboy onward each story was produced on its own, and the show is now treated as a quarter-hour series. Its pilot drew over 3 million viewers, and Cartoon Network ordered a second season in June 2013. A theatrical film, Teen Titans Go! To the Movies, opened on July 27, 2018, and a ninth season of 52 episodes began in March 2025.
