Zeta Herculis, also known as Tianji, is a binary star system in Hercules with a combined apparent visual magnitude of 2.81, visible to the naked eye. Parallax measurements place it about 35.0 light-years from Earth. The primary component is a subgiant star of class F9 IV, larger and more luminous than the Sun, while its companion is roughly solar-sized. The pair orbit each other every 34.45 years with an eccentricity of 0.46. The system belongs to the Zeta Herculis moving group, which includes several other stars.
