Binary star system in Eridanus with a possible third component.

f Eridani is a binary, possibly triple, star system in the equatorial constellation Eridanus, visible to the naked eye as a single star of magnitude 4.25. The pair, HD 24071 and HD 24072, share the Bayer designation f Eridani and are members of the Tucana-Horologium moving group, a 45 million year old set of stars with common space motion.
