The Mewman Empire's entire magical infrastructure—the wands, the spells, the arcane academies—traces its lineage back to her. She is, in the most literal sense, the grandmother of every spell ever cast in the realm.

Her relationship to the Mewman Empire is complex. She existed before the empire, endured its height, and outlived its collapse.
