Fluxus Music
Independent South Korean label named after the Fluxus movement.
Fluxus Music is an independent record label based in South Korea, formed in 2003 by Kim Byung-chan (also known as Chan Kim), an alumnus of the Berklee College of Music. The label took its name from the Fluxus avant-garde art movement of the 1960s, aiming for music that always flows with change and never stagnates. It is evaluated as one of the Korean record labels that make music well mixed with musicality and commercialism.

Fluxus Music was established by Kim Byung-chan, who had worked as a sound engineer, opened Nanjang Communications, and acted as a musician in Korean rock band Boohwal and the U.S. local band Out of the Blue. Drawing on his experience as an artist, producer, and engineer, he stood independently from Nanjang Communications to found the label. All its artists are self-producing musicians who are also singer-songwriters.
