Lore & Background
In a world fractured by the sudden appearance of Gates, the China Hunter Association emerged as a beacon of stability and strength. Unlike some nations that struggled with internal politics or resource scarcity, China leveraged its vast population to cultivate a deep bench of hunters, ranging from low-rank E-class specialists to terrifying S-Rank masters. Their approach often combines traditional Eastern martial arts philosophies with modern hunter technology, creating unique combat styles that are highly effective against the diverse monsters emerging from the Gates.
The association's influence extends far beyond its borders, particularly in the formation of the International Hunter Association (IHA). They are known for their rigorous training programs and a culture that emphasizes collective duty over individual glory, though this does not preclude them from harboring some of the most powerful solo hunters on the planet. Their involvement in major global conflicts, such as the Joint Operations against high-level threats, showcases their ability to mobilize vast resources quickly.
