Playing career
Pavel Moysevich's professional career kicked off in the 2020–21 season with Sobol Beryoza, a team in Belarus's second-tier Vysshaya Liga. The next year, he suited up for the Belarusian national under-18 squad, also playing in that league. That team had been set to appear at the 2022 World U18 Championship, but Belarus's suspension following the Russian invasion of Ukraine kept them out. For the 2022–23 campaign, Moysevich moved to Russia and joined Kapitan Stupino, the MHL affiliate of HC Sochi. In week ten, he notched two shutouts, stopping 124 of 126 shots, earning MHL goaltender of the week honors. That November, he was traded to SKA St. Petersburg, finishing the season between their MHL and VHL affiliates. He debuted in the KHL on October 25, 2023, coming on in relief. Over 47 minutes of a 6–3 win against Kunlun Red Star, he turned aside all 12 shots. Across his first 242 minutes of KHL action, he allowed zero goals, setting a league record despite never recording a shutout. On February 6, 2024, during the second period of a 9–5 loss to Avangard Omsk, he got hurt. That season, he played in 13 KHL games, many as a reliever or in mop-up duty. On March 1, 2024, he made his KHL playoff debut in relief against Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod. Back with SKA-1946 for the MHL playoffs, he put up a .945 save percentage and one shutout over ten games, winning the Kharlamov Cup. In the 2024 NHL entry draft, the Vegas Golden Knights picked him 83rd overall, a selection they got from the Washington Capitals that day for goalie Logan Thompson. Moysevich inked a three-year, entry-level contract with Vegas on March 23, 2026.
