After going undrafted in 2022, George Moore joined the Green Bay Packers as a free agent on May 6, 2022, but was let go during training camp on August 18. He then signed with the Dallas Cowboys on November 9, 2022, only to be cut on December 6. On January 4, 2023, Moore inked a practice squad deal with the Denver Broncos, which ended after the 2023 season. The Arlington Renegades picked him in the fourth round of the 2023 XFL supplemental draft, where he appeared in nine games, started two, and helped the team win the XFL Championship.
On June 16, 2023, he was traded to the Seattle Sea Dragons for Tuzar Skipper and a pick swap in the 2023 XFL rookie draft. When the XFL and USFL merged to form the UFL, the Sea Dragons folded, voiding his contract. In phase 2 of the 2024 UFL dispersal draft on January 8, 2024, the DC Defenders selected Moore, but released him on March 10. He signed with the San Antonio Brahmas on April 25, 2024, and was released on May 21.
On July 8, 2024, Moore agreed to a practice roster deal with the Toronto Argonauts. He made his CFL debut on October 25, 2024, against the Edmonton Elks, then returned to the practice roster for the playoffs as the Argonauts won the 110th Grey Cup. After Dejon Allen was traded to the BC Lions, Moore earned the starting left tackle role to open the 2025 season.
