Lore & Background
In Saints Row (2006), the city is controlled by three rival gangs: the Vice Kings, Los Carnales, and the Westside Rollerz. The player character joins the 3rd Street Saints to help them take back the Saint's Row district and eventually take over the entire city. In Saints Row 2 (2008), set roughly five years later, the Saints have fallen from grace and three new gangs—the Ronin, the Brotherhood, and the Sons of Samedi—have taken over the Saints' former territories. The Ultor Corporation has also gentrified the Saint's Row district.
Reader's Guide
