Emiko Queen
Paternal half-sister of Green Arrow and the second Red Arrow.
Emiko Queen, the younger half-sister and sidekick of Green Arrow, is a DC Comics superheroine. Created by Jeff Lemire and Andrea Sorrentino, she first appeared in Green Arrow, Vol. 5 #18. While she has taken on the Green Arrow mantle, she is best known as the second Red Arrow.

Publication history
Emiko Queen debuted in The New 52's Green Arrow, Vol. 5 #18 (March 2013), written by Jeff Lemire and designed by artist Andrea Sorrentino. She was created as a parallel to Thea Queen, an original character from the Arrowverse. Emiko initially called herself the new Green Arrow, but during DC Rebirth she took on the codename Red Arrow, previously held by Roy Harper.
Fictional character biography
Emiko is the illegitimate daughter of Robert Queen and the assassin Shado. As an infant she was kidnapped by Simon Lacroix/Komodo, who raised her as an assassin. She witnessed Komodo kill Green Arrow's associate Jax Jackson and later learned that Naomi Singh had located Oliver Queen. After Green Arrow rescued Shado from Count Vertigo, Emiko confirmed Shado was her mother. During the Outsiders War, Emiko discovered that Robert Queen was her father and killed Komodo in vengeance. She rejected leadership of the Outsiders Arrow Clan and followed Oliver to Seattle, introducing herself as Green Arrow. Later, Emiko shot Oliver with an arrow and fled with Shado, discarding his body at sea. She then worked with the Ninth Circle to capture Black Canary, but ultimately rescued her, revealing herself as a double agent. Emiko subsequently joined the Teen Titans.

Emiko Queen appears in Arrow, portrayed by Sea Shimooka. This version is the adult daughter of Robert Queen and Kazumi Adachi, raised by the Ninth Circle after Robert abandoned her. She initially operated as the Green Arrow while seeking to destroy Robert's legacy and take revenge on Oliver Queen. After her true allegiances were exposed, the Ninth Circle betrayed her and she was mortally wounded, reconciling with Oliver before dying. Following the events of 'Crisis on Infinite Earths', she was resurrected and attended Oliver's funeral, welcomed into the Queen family.
