Oded Fehr is an Israeli actor based in the United States, born in Tel Aviv. In the Resident Evil film series he played Carlos Olivera, and later Todd and a clone of Carlos: he appeared in Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004), reprised the role in Resident Evil: Extinction, and returned for the fifth installment, Resident Evil: Retribution. He is also known for playing Ardeth Bay in The Mummy (1999) and The Mummy Returns, Faris al-Farik in Sleeper Cell and the demon Zankou in Charmed.
