Lore & Background

One century after the events of Origins have passed, Rayman, Globox, and the Teensies have been sound asleep. During that time, the Bubble Dreamer's nightmares have gotten stronger with help from the Magician, who split himself into 5 Dark Teensies and captured Barbara and her fellow warrior princesses. Murfy wakes up Rayman and co. and tells them what has happened. After beating each world's boss, Rayman and co. punch each Magician into space.

Reader's Guide

Players can control Rayman, Globox, the Teensies, and Barbara the Barbarian Princess (once rescued). Murfy the greenbottle appears as an assist character. In the Wii U, PlayStation Vita, and PlayStation 4 versions, an additional player can control Murfy directly with touch controls. In single-player mode, control switches to Murfy during certain sections. The game features over 120 levels, including 40 remastered levels from Rayman Origins, plus daily and weekly challenge stages and a local multiplayer football game called Kung Foot.
