Reissue
In 2006, the album came out again as 1 Less G in the Hood: Deluxe G Edition. This version added songs from Blaze’s self-titled EP, the 2001 album, and three extra bonus tracks. The opening track “The Eulogy” was swapped for the intro from the Blaze Ya Dead Homie EP. Three songs—“Str8 Outta Detroit,” “Here I Am,” and “Hatchet Execution”—were left off and are still not available anywhere else, since the original album is no longer in print. The reissue hit number 19 on the Billboard Top Heatseekers chart, number 25 on the Top Independent Albums chart, and number 86 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.
