The Terre Haute Rex are a collegiate summer baseball team from Terre Haute, Indiana, competing in the Prospect League. Their home games are held at Bob Warn Field at Sycamore Stadium, which also serves as the home field for Indiana State University’s baseball team. The team’s name honors Rex Coffee, a historic local brand produced by Clabber Girl. Patented in 1905, Rex Coffee was marketed as an “Imperial blend, fit for a Monarch” and was roasted and packaged in downtown Terre Haute, becoming a well-known name from Chicago to Louisville and Cincinnati to St. Louis.
