As One (musical duo)

As One (애즈원) was a South Korean R&B duo made up of Korean-American vocalists Lee Min and Crystal. They debuted in 1999 with the album Day by Day, and put out five more albums before going on hiatus in 2017 with the single "Goodbye for Now." The pair reunited in 2019 and kept releasing music until Lee Min's death in 2025.

Their first major hit was "Only You Wouldn't Know" (너만은 모르길), released in 2000 through Rock Records. After their fourth and fifth albums, their contract with Rock Records ended, and they signed with EMI Music Publishing Korea, a label that also managed acts like DJ DOC and Baby V.O.X. In 2007, they released their fifth album, 12 Tears of Farewell, promoting it with the lead track "12 Nights" (십이야). In 2012, they moved to Brand New Music.

Breaking from their usual style, they put out a 19+ rated music video ahead of their October 29, 2014 single "For the Night" (오늘같은 날), featuring labelmate Jae Woong from Troy and fitness model Kim Hae Na. On June 20, 2016, they returned with the single "The Pain I Caused," from their sixth album Outlast, which dropped the next day with eleven tracks and the lead single "Don't Say Anything." The duo appeared on JTBC's Sugarman 3 on December 13, 2019. On August 5, 2025, Brand New Music confirmed Lee Min had died at age 46 in Seoul, ending the group's activities.
