Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon – Ultra Adventures

Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon – Ultra Adventures is the twenty-second season of the Pokémon anime and the second season within the Sun & Moon series. In Japan, it is titled Pocket Monsters: Sun & Moon. The story continues with Ash Ketchum studying at the Pokémon School in Alola alongside his classmates Lillie, Lana, Mallow, Kiawe, and Sophocles. The season aired on TV Tokyo in Japan from October 5, 2017, to October 14, 2018, and on Disney XD in the United States from March 24, 2018, to February 23, 2019. The Japanese opening songs are "Alola!!" performed by Satoshi (Rica Matsumoto) with Pikachu (Ikue Otani), "Future Connection" by ЯeaL, and "Your Adventure" by Taiiku Okazaki. The Japanese ending songs are "Pose", "Twerp, Twerpette" by Taiiku Okazaki, and "Breath" by Porno Graffitti, which also served as the ending for the movie Pokémon the Movie: The Power of Us. The English opening is "Under the Alolan Moon" by Ed Goldfarb, featuring Haven Paschall and Ben Dixon, with an instrumental version used as the ending theme. In the United States, Viz Media and Warner Home Video released the full season as a single 5-disc boxset on DVD and Blu-ray on May 21, 2019.
