Lizzie Shelby (née Stark) is a character in Peaky Blinders. She starts out as a sex worker in Small Heath, later works for Tommy Shelby as his secretary, and becomes his second wife and the mother of his daughter, Ruby.

Lizzie stays loyal to the Shelby family, but they treat her cruelly: Tommy makes her his secretary and expects her to comply with his every need, and the family dictates who she may see. She announces her pregnancy with Tommy's child at the boxing match in the fourth series, and by the fifth series she is married to Tommy. She is the mother of Ruby Shelby and stepmother to Tommy's eldest son, Charles. After learning of Tommy's affair with Diana Mitford in the final series, she leaves him and takes Charles with her.
