Gameplay

Players compete in edutainment minigames led by the titular drill instructor. Minigames include Hell March, where players swing the Wii remote to keep rhythm with the instructor's baton while answering questions; Hell shooting, using a Wii remote cursor to shoot specified targets; Hell calculation, shooting numbered targets to add to a given number; and Hell roll-call, a Simon says game following the instructor's poses. Mistakes increase the drill sergeant's anger level. After four mistakes, players must complete a punishment minigame before continuing. Successive correct answers earn extra points, and each round ends with a brain power rank from Private to Field Marshal.
