The player character in Palworld is a human you design yourself when you first load a world, choosing hairstyle, face, skin tone and eyes and adjusting body shape and voice with sliders. From there you explore the Palpagos Islands, capture Pals and build bases.

Background
At first a character's looks were fixed once created; since version 0.2.0.6 they can be changed with the Antique Dresser. Players can band together into Guilds while exploring, and can name their Pals (up to 24 letters).
