Demon Slayer

Demon Slayer is one of the foundational adventures available in Old School RuneScape, serving as an early introduction to the dangers lurking beneath Gielinor's civilized cities. It tasks players with confronting a supernatural threat that has infiltrated a residential area within Varrock, highlighting the vulnerability of even the safest human settlements. This quest acts as a rite of passage for new adventurers, requiring them to gather basic equipment and face their first significant combat encounter in a confined dungeon setting. While it may seem simple compared to later epic sagas, it establishes the recurring motif that evil often hides in plain sight, waiting for those brave enough to descend into the shadows.
