Bernie Williams Gold Gloves

Bernie Williams played his whole 16-year major league career, from 1991 to 2006, as a center fielder for the Yankees and won four Gold Glove Awards. In 1998, when the Yankees went 114-48, he hit .339 to take the American League batting title and became the first player to win a batting title, a Gold Glove and a World Series in the same season. In 1999 he collected 200 hits for the first time and won his third straight Gold Glove. Over his career he was a five-time All-Star, won a Silver Slugger Award and was a member of four World Series champions, and he was named MVP of the 1996 ALCS after hitting .474 with two home runs, including an 11th-inning walk-off in Game 1 against Baltimore.
