Two years later, after Hamid's men kill Arjun's love interest Ayesha and leave Arjun paralyzed, he is selected for an AI-operated supersoldier program. Scientist Sabaha Qureshi turns Arjun into a cyborg using a chip, and he is tasked with stopping Hamid's attack on the Indian parliament. The story culminates in a hostage crisis, a sarin gas bomb, and Arjun's pursuit of Hamid to an airport, where he kills him and deactivates the bomb. Principal photography began in January 2020, was halted in March 2020 due to COVID-19, and resumed in February 2021. The film was originally scheduled for 14 August 2020, then 28 January 2022, before its final release on 1 April 2022.
