Playing career

Ollas spent three years at Merrimack College. As a freshman he posted a 10–6 record and was named the team's rookie of the year. During his sophomore season he was named Hockey East goaltender of the month for November 2022 after making 96 saves for a .960 save percentage. He was also selected to the Hockey East Third Team All-Star team. That year he recorded five shutouts, setting the program record for most shutouts in a season, and helped Merrimack reach the NCAA tournament for the first time in ten years. He finished his college career with a 27–27 record. In March 2024 Ollas signed a two-year contract with the Rangers. He made his North American professional debut for the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League (AHL) on 20 April 2024 in a 6–4 win over the Springfield Thunderbirds. During the 2024–25 season he played for the Worcester Railers, appearing in 22 games with a 10–9–2 record, and received the team's performance of the year award for a 31-save debut win against Reading. Ollas spent most of the 2025–26 season with the Bloomington Bison of the ECHL. He was briefly called up to the Rangers during the 2026 Olympic break but was demoted to Bloomington when the break ended, because the Rangers needed two healthy goalies on their roster while their starter Igor Shesterkin was injured and they wanted their Hartford goalies to remain active. He was promoted to Hartford at the end of the season. After his entry-level contract with the Rangers concluded, having not established himself in the organization, Ollas returned to Sweden as a pending restricted free agent and signed a one-year contract with second-tier club Nybro Vikings IF of the Allsvenskan on 30 April 2026.
