The Fabulous Johnny Cash, Johnny Cash’s second album and his first for Columbia Records, arrived on November 3, 1958. It includes five original Cash songs and backing vocals from the Jordanaires, then regulars on Elvis Presley’s RCA sessions. The record sold over half a million copies upon release and reached number 19 on Billboard’s Best Selling LP chart.
