The film begins with a group of Byakudan Senior High School students performing the 'Sachiko Ever After' charm, leading to the murder of Mitsuki by Sachiko Shinozaki in Tenjin Elementary School. Meanwhile, Naomi Nakashima, hospitalized for half a year due to her friends' traumatic deaths, is sent back in time by Ayumi Shinozaki after Ayumi bites a bone belonging to Sachiko. Naomi reunites with her best friend Seiko, but they discover Sakutaro's headless body. Hinoe, Ayumi's sister, realizes Ayumi's mistake and explains that two things are needed to avoid repeated death: the forbidden Book of Shadows and an entity called 'Sachi'.
