The two-disc set captures the final concert and its finale from Lead's Upturn tour, which supported their eighth studio album, Milestone. Additionally, the video includes a free live performance, Lead 16th Anniversary -SUMMER SPECIAL LIVE-, held on July 31, 2018, at Odaiba. That date marked sixteen years since the group's debut and the release of their debut single "Manatsu no Magic" on July 31, 2002. The concert portion was recorded at Nakano Sun Plaza in Tokyo on September 1, 2018, which was the tour's final stop.
