Bladedance of Elementalers (Japanese: 精霊使いの剣舞（ブレイドダンス）, Hepburn: Seirei Tsukai no Bureidodansu; lit. Spirit Elementalist's Blade Dance), also written as Blade Dance of Elementalers, is a Japanese light novel series written by Yū Shimizu. The series is set in a world where only pure maidens can contract with spirits, but a male teenager named Kamito Kazehaya becomes the only known male elementalist after forming a contract with a sealed sword spirit. The story follows his life at the Areishia Spirit Academy and his interactions with several female elementalists.

Background
The series features several female characters, including Claire Rouge, Ellis Fahrengart, and Rinslet Laurenfrost. Claire is the younger daughter of Duke Elstein, whose sister Rubia stole the strongest flame spirit, Laevateinn, causing the Fire Elemental Lord to burn parts of the Empire. Claire attends the Academy under the alias Claire Rouge.
Ellis is a daughter of Duke Fahrengart and captain of the Sylphid Knights. Rinslet is a daughter of the Laurenfrost family. The anime television series adaptation by TNK aired from July 14 to September 29, 2014.
