Aditya insists on an abortion, leading to a fight in which he pushes her. She hits her head on a hard object and dies instantly. He disposes of her body and returns home. Geeta returns as a vengeful ghost, frightening Aditya. Ashwini notices her husband's fear of an unseen ghost. Aditya confesses the affair and Geeta's death to Ashwini, who leaves but is later hospitalized after a major accident.
