Background
They are based on Dennis Wedin and Jonatan Soderstrom, the two creators of the game. In the first game both wear green suits and caps as uniforms; in the second they wear civilian clothes and have grown beards. They call themselves American patriots and order murders through cryptic phone calls, showing no remorse for the people they push into killing; their grins only fade after Biker correctly guesses their computer's password.
