Facts from the source article.

Formation

The group originated at a 1997 Terror X Crew concert at the Camel Club in Athens, where a police raid led to nearly everyone present being taken to the Piraeus police station. There, Terror X Crew's DJ ALX's brother Panagiotis Stravalexis and rapper Panos Bougas met and decided to form a hip-hop group, initially called Gate of the Living Dead. Stravalexis took the alias Timvorihos (Grave Robber, later Taki Tsan) and Bougas became Midenistis (Nihilist). They later changed the name to Zontanoi Nekroi. Efthimis from Terror X Crew introduced them to Ipohthonios (Tasos Karakostas), who brought in his younger brother Kathahthonios (Lazaros Karakostas). Harmanis (Vasilis Hatzidiakos), a childhood friend of Stravalexis, joined after a chance reconnection.

Albums

The group released the EP ZN Entoles in early 1998, followed later that year by their only album O Protos Tomos. After that, Stravalexis changed his alias to Pedi Thavma and released the LP Rima gia Hrima in 1999. Planned albums Kata.R.Ipo (a duet by Ipohthonios and Katahthonios) and Harmanis' debut Sisihaha were never completed. A compilation, Thammena Ksehasmena, collected songs from those sessions, including tracks from Kata.R.Ipo, a song that did not fit Rima gia Hrima, the first track recorded for Midenistis' Megalos Iroas, and alternate editions of older songs. Midenistis' LP Megalos Iroas was delayed but released in 2002; conflicts after that led to an informal disbandment. The group reformed in 2008, gave concerts, and announced work on Defteros Tomos. They recorded songs for Taki Tsan's 2009 LP Rima gia Hrima 2, but Defteros Tomos was not released by 2010, and the group disbanded again. In September 2014, Taki Tsan called for a reunion, which the others accepted, and they planned to record Defteros Tomos. Only the EP Pasa Doumania/Paresthiseis appeared in 2015 as a warm-up; internal conflicts caused another disbandment. A later attempted live appearance for a festival ended when Taki Tsan and Ipohthonios fought, and Ipohthonios did not perform with the other four.
